Ingredients
300 g ready-made puff pastry
150 g fresh raspberries
Casa Madeira Traditional Raspberry Jelly
Confectioner's sugar
Preparing
Cut the puff pastry into circles according to the size of your molds. Preheat the oven to 200ºC for approximately 10 minutes. Place the pastry in the oven and bake at 200ºC for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven. Fill with the Raspberry Jelly and top with fresh raspberries. Finish by sprinkling icing sugar over the tartlets.
