100g butter
40g sugar
140g wheat flour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparing
In a bowl, add all the ingredients and, using your fingertips, mix until a homogeneous dough forms. Then, with the palms of your hands, shape medium-sized balls and flatten them. In the center of the cookies, shape a heart with the help of a spoon. Fill the hearts with Casa Madeira Traditional Strawberry Jelly. Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown on the edges.
